1. Log in to your blogger account
2. Go to Design --> Edit HTML
3. Highlight all css code start from <b:skin><![CDATA[/* between ]]></b:skin>
4. Then, add it into CSS Compressor

• You can setting the Compression Mode and Compression Options

5. Click Compress
6. Select all the new CSS (compressed), and replace with old CSS (before compressed)
7. Just click SAVE TEMPLATE
